How to Organize Your Files
Many women own small businesses that make them to busy to do many small tasks on the spot, even for simple tasks like filing papers and entering data. In this case, a woman should know some steps to organize her files in little time on the spot while ensuring that things are running well.

Before filing all the files, it is good to make a notation on the files that have been recorded. To mark all the files, you can use stamps with some notations like “entered” or “paid” written on them, depending on the categories of the activities. This marking allows you to know even at a glance if you have already entered it, eliminating the risks of duplicate entries. It is really helpful since you no longer need to search your books to know if the amount was already recorded.
It is important to do the file organization regularly in daily or weekly basis constantly. We all know that time flies, so you will find difficulties at the end of the year when organizing the receipts. It looks simple, but it can create a lot of stress for a business woman, giving the risks of costly accounting mistakes.
