Will this graphic card fit? 8500 GT?

I’ve recently purchased the 8500 GT. Someone on the Review said he has the same PC & was able to fit it. I had my neighbor come look at it but he said there’s no way this graphic card could fit into the PC. He said the metal part would stick out. So i’m wondering how did that guy fit the 8500 gt into his C521?
Also, are all low profile graphic cards the same size?
wow thats gonna be a tight fit, your pc is 4.5″ wide and the 8500gt is 4.4′ wide…..i dont think it will work, if the motherboard has spacers behind it, it wont work……even w/no spacers, screwed right to the case, im pretty sure it is gonna stick out to much, your only working here w/a .100 thousands of an inch…..you might be able to leave the side cover off, and run like that, but thats just a work around, not a fix……only thing to do, since you say you have the card is just try to put it in and see what hapens…….scott
