Toner Cartridge Problem (Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W)?
I just replaced my toner cartridge for my Konica Minolta PagePro1350W with a new toner cartridge purchased from Staples (it’s a genuine Konica Minolta toner cartridge and where I’ve been buying from for years), the problem is when I put the new toner cartridge in, it is popping up an error “Can’t Detect Genuine Toner Cartridge”.
Nothing has been done to alter the cartridge or the printer, it’s not a different brand of toner cartridge…so I’m at a loss. Does anyone know how to get this to shut up and realize that there is a genuine OEM cartridge in the printer?
Yes, complain to Staples and have your toner replaced. There are cases where you have the correct toner or ink, but the printer or copier rejects it.
